Stills from the 1920 film 'The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari', one of the
earliest horror films made. The small interior spaces and odd angles in
the walls and windows reminded me of what I was exploring with my studio
model. These images also gave me some great inspiration for
photographing my model, which you can see in the next post.
